The STEER Training Course
- Is a one-day interactive Training Course for Learning Support / Resource / Class Teachers and Educational Specialists.
- Will explain in detail how to administer the STEER Screening Test and obtain optimum benefit from all the information and resources in the STEER Screening Pack.
- Will provide a forum to practise using the test, share information and develop positive networks in an area that requires increasing support.
- Will provide each participating school/organisation with a complete STEER Screening Pack (at €750)
- Will be facilitated by the author Monica Macnamara, Occupational Therapist, Diploma in basic education, Qualified Assessor and Parent.
- Will be run in a range of venues.
- Will cost €100 per person attending, (one school may send several Teachers on the course and buy only one pack).
